Honey Mustard Chicken in the Crock Pot

Ingredients

▢4 skinless,boneless chicken breast
▢⅓ cup dijon mustard
▢⅓ cup stone ground mustard
▢½ cup honey
▢1 tablespoon garlic minced
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢½ teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

For easy clean up, be sure to coat your slow cooker with a non-stick cooking spray or oil of choice. You can also use a crock-pot bag.
Add chicken breasts to crock pot.
In extra bowl, add ⅓ cup dijon mustard ⅓ cup stone ground mustard, ½ cup honey, 1 tablespoon garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon ground pepper to your greased slow cooker and stir to mix.
Pour mixture over the chicken, coat well!
Cook chicken 4-6 hours on low or 2.5-3 hours on high

Recipe Note

**for meal prep, you can complete these steps in zip top bag and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator over night.

You can also pre-plan your meal for the freezer - placing everything in a zipper bag and take out the evening before to thaw before placing in crock pot.

Amazing looking sauce. I do not have a crock pot, but am sure that I will be able to use the sauce as is.
